In this first meeting, a project manager meets with the potential customer in order to have a first conversation and gets briefed about the project that is to be carried out. In this meeting, the potential customer is advised by Bambrai on alternatives. The end of this meeting closes with a first preliminary project proposal.

In this meeting all the technical aspects, planning and requirements of the solution will be defined in detail, together with the customer. It is therefore necessary for the customer to have the right people who will be able to provide the necessary information for Bambrai, as well as on behalf of Bambrai the necessary people will come to address all aspects of organization.
After the kick-off meeting, the Bambrai technical team will analyze the project and establish the flow diagram to be addressed in order to arrive at the appropriate solution. Within this phase, the most appropriate technology of AI services will be selected, with respect to the specific previously analyzed case with the customer during the kick-off.
Based on the expressed needs by the customer in the kick-off and the analysis carried out by the technicians, a detailed roadmap, with an estimated planning is established, which is shared with the customer. The figure of the Project leader that will be the direct contact between the customer and Bambrai is also determined.
The road map described in the previous stage is accompanied by detailed execution objectives (sprints) of scheduled frequency, which may vary depending on the project. The contact between Bambrai and the customer is continuous, so that the customer knows the status of the project at all times and is part of the sprint review meetings.
Likewise, follow-up tools are established between the customer and Bambrai to be able to closely monitor the evolution of the solution developed, and assist / advise the customer if necessary.
